Took measurements not too snug for a soon to be 6 mos Jackabee. Neck 13 in Chest 21 in at approx 14.6 lbs. I ordered the large in Pink/Blk It fits great with just a bit of looseness for some spare room to grow. My daughter was very pleased it came with the seat belt latch. It is working well!
